Moving through his personal stories of being the Olympic Rowing Coach at the Montreal Olympic Games and his astonishing story of helping a fellow rower defect from Romania. Lastly, his massive project that lasted over 12 years to essentially rebuild and double the size of the Long Beach Rowing Association boathouse where 5 different programs currently operate. The Expansion Project included: Women’s Restroom, Shower Room, Locker Room; Handicapped Access; The gym area where Roworx Indoor Rowing Classes are held; Kitchen and addition of two new boat bays which expand capacity to hold more boats. Jack Nunn is the head trainer and owner of Roworx. Jack is a former national team rower who has competed in more than 100 triathlons, including 16 full Ironmans (including the Kona World Championships), 1 Ultraman, and The Norseman Extreme Ironman Distance Triathlon. He has created a system of rowing that prepares the whole body for both competition and fitness longevity.
